Delivery
There are no delivery charges on any products, the price shown is the price you pay. On average it takes 7-14 days for Free Shipping worldwide, however for some more remote locations it could take up to 21 days for shipping. Customers from some countries will have the option to upgrade to Premium Shipping (3-5 days) during the checkout process.
If you purchase 3 or more products at once you will automatically receive an extra 10% discount on your order total.
We deliver internationally to over 200 countries worldwide from our website, if you are experiencing any problems please Contact Us for assistance.
100% Genuine Products
We only sell genuine brand products, packaging of a small number of our products may vary slightly as our products are sourced internationally however we guarantee that all products are 100% genuine.

At JGlamour, unlike some of our competitors we don't just list everything available in the market as there are many products which are discontinued. We pride ourselves in making sure the products you see are the most up to date and popular products available. If you have a specific request for a product please Contact Us and we will endeavour to find it for you.
On our staff we also have professionally trained makeup artists from locations such as the "London School of Beauty and Make-Up" who have worked in the industry providing services for bridal, fashion shoots, special occassions and film. They are available for customer advice as well as working to source the most relevant and up to date products for our customers.

We do not sell or rent your information to any third parties as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Payment Methods

Import Duties
We ship our products internationally and import duties are dependent on the country they are being sent to. A large number of countries such as United States, Australia, Japan, etc. allow free internet trade and do not charge any duties for small packages.
If you receive a request to pay customs duties we will do our best to help with these charges however this is on a no-obligation case by case basis. These duties will need to be paid by you, however please Contact Us making sure that you keep an official receipt for the fees/duties paid.
Non-Delivery
In the event the goods are not received we cannot start investigating until the expiry of 21 days from our original shipment date to you. We recommend you contact your local postal office as sometimes the notice of delivery could be misplaced.
Returns Policy
For all Tools including Makeup Brushes, Rolls, etc for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept any returns, if you are in doubt please Contact Us.
For all other items which are unopened and unused please Contact Us requesting a Returns Form which must accompany all returns, any goods received without a JGlamour returns form may be ineligible for return. The Returns Form will contain instructions for return of the items however all items must be returned within 30 days of the original shipment date along with the original invoice. We will do our best to replace the items or in cases where the replacement is not possible, we will refund your money. Any items opened or used cannot be returned.

Shipping to Different Addresses
For orders which have different billing and shipping addresses we may need to contact you to request further information, this is to protect our customers from payment fraud.
Using Coupons/Vouchers/Promotion Codes
Coupons/Vouchers/Promotion Codes can be entered on the "Shopping Cart" page. Add the products that you wish to purchase using the "Add to cart" button and you will automatically be taken to the shopping cart. You can enter the coupon at the botton of the shopping cart page and must click the "Apply coupon" button, the price will automatically be updated with the coupon discount. You can only use one coupon per purchase.
